Getting a quote
We work 7 days a week across Los Angeles. Most quotes can be given from a few photos and a short description, so you don't need to wait for a visit to know what you're looking at. Pricing depends on the grill's size, brand, condition and parts, which is why the details below help.
What to include in your message
- A photo of the outside of the grill, hood closed
- A photo with the hood open and the grates in place
- If you can, a photo with the grates off showing the burners and firebox
- The brand and model (often on a tag inside the cart door, under the drip tray or on the back of the control panel)
- What's wrong: won't light, uneven heat, gas smell, just needs cleaning, or something else
- Your ZIP code and anything about access (gate, stairs, building rules)
If you smell gas
Turn off the burners and the gas supply and don't try to light the grill. If the smell is strong or you can't shut the gas off, leave the area and call your gas utility or 911 first. Once it's safe, contact us and we'll find the leak. More on our gas smell page.
Have a general question? The FAQ covers most of them, and our model and serial number guide helps you identify your grill.
