Terms of Service

The basic terms for using this website and booking service with Surefire Grill Cleaning, written to be readable.

Using this website

This website gives general information about grill cleaning, repair and related services in Los Angeles. Our guides are written to be helpful, but they're general advice. Every grill and gas setup is different, and you're responsible for deciding what's safe to do yourself. Anything involving a gas leak, gas valves or gas lines should be handled by a qualified professional.

Please don't misuse the site, submit false information, or upload content you don't have the right to share. The text and design of this site belong to Surefire Grill Cleaning and may not be copied without permission.

Quotes

Quotes based on photos and descriptions are estimates. Once a technician sees the grill in person, the price may change if the condition, model or needed parts differ from what we understood. We'll tell you before doing any additional work and won't go ahead without your approval.

Appointments

Please give us clear access to the equipment and the gas shutoff, and let us know about gates, pets, building rules or anything else that affects the visit. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can. If we can't reach the equipment or it isn't safe to work on when we arrive, we may need to reschedule.

Our work

We do our work carefully and test equipment before we leave. If something we did isn't right, contact us promptly and we'll look at it. We can't be responsible for problems caused by existing damage, wear, corrosion, parts or gas lines we didn't install or service, manufacturer defects, misuse, or work done by others afterward. Older equipment can have hidden problems that only show up once it's taken apart, and we'll tell you if we find any.

Parts we install may carry their own manufacturer warranties. We aren't a manufacturer's authorized warranty service provider, so warranty claims on the grill itself go through the manufacturer. Our warranty guide explains how those usually work.

New grills and installation

When we sell and install a new grill, we'll confirm the model and fit with you first. Fit depends on accurate measurements of the existing opening and gas supply, and some installations need minor modification to the island, which we'll discuss before starting. Gas line work beyond connecting the appliance may require a separate contractor.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Special-order parts and new grills may require payment up front.

Limits and changes

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. These terms are governed by California law. We may update them from time to time, and the current version will be on this page. Questions can go through our contact page, and our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
