Working inside The Country Estates
The Country Estates is a guard-gated community on the hills in the southern part of Diamond Bar, with big lots, long driveways and custom homes. Outdoor kitchens there often run the full length of a patio: a 42-inch or larger built-in grill, a side burner, a refrigerator, sometimes a pizza oven and a gas fire pit facing the view.
A few practical notes for homeowners inside the gates. Put our company name on your guest list for the day of the appointment so the tech isn't held at the gate. Let us know if your HOA limits work hours or truck parking. And if your island has several appliances, tell us when you book so we schedule enough time to do all of them properly rather than rushing the last one.
The rest of Diamond Bar
Outside the gates, most of the city was built as a planned community starting in the 1960s and filled in through the 80s and 90s. Homes climb the hills on both sides of Diamond Bar Boulevard and Grand Avenue, and many backyards are terraced or slope toward a canyon. That means a lot of the original built-in grills are now twenty to thirty years old, and the islands around them are in better shape than the grills.
If that sounds like your yard, a new grill dropped into the existing opening is usually the cleanest fix. We are a dealer and can match a current model to your cutout. Our guide on replacing a built-in in the same cutout explains how the measuring works.
Signs a Diamond Bar outdoor kitchen is due for service
- Burners that light unevenly, or one that needs a match
- Flare-ups that start within a few minutes of preheating
- A rotisserie motor that hums but won't turn
- Grill lights or a side burner that quit last season
- Brown streaking on the hood or front panel from heat and grease
- Leaves and dust packed into the space under the grill after windy weeks
- A gas fire pit that lights on one side only

Diamond Bar questions
Which brands do you work on?
Most of what's in Diamond Bar islands: Lynx, Viking, DCS, Fire Magic, Twin Eagles, Alfresco and others. See our brands page for the full list.
Can you clean the grill without damaging the stone countertop?
Yes. We cover the counter and surrounding stone before we start, and our degreasers are mild enough that small splashes wipe off.
How long does a full outdoor kitchen visit take?
It depends on how many appliances and what shape they're in. We'll give you a realistic window when we book.
What will it cost?
That depends on the grill's size, brand, condition and parts. Send photos or call or text us for a quote.
