Every road in Rolling Hills is private, and service vehicles need to be cleared at one of the gates. It's simple once it's set up.

Call the gate or use whatever process your household normally uses for contractors. Let us know which gate you'd like us to use.

We text when we're on the way
That gives you a heads-up in case the gate needs to call the house to confirm.

We find the right spot to park
Many properties have long driveways and service areas. If you'd like the truck somewhere specific, tell us and we'll park there.
Ranch properties and how their grills are used
Lots here are big, often an acre or more, with horse trails along many of the roads and a semi-rural feel you don't find anywhere else in the South Bay. Outdoor kitchens tend to sit near a pool, a barn or an entertaining patio with long views, and they get used for real gatherings. That means more grease, more appliances and more wear on burners and igniters than a typical backyard grill sees.
Rolling Hills also sits up on the peninsula, close to open space. That brings brush, dust and critters. Spiders nest in burner tubes, and rodents find their way into the cabinets under built-in grills, especially when a kitchen goes unused over the winter. We check for both on every visit.

Many properties here are on septic systems and slope toward canyons, so where wastewater goes really matters. We use eco-friendly, food-safe degreasers, cover the area with drop cloths, and collect grease and rinse water in sealed containers. None of it goes on the lawn, into a drain or down the hill.

Do I have to be home for the gate to let you in?
Not necessarily. As long as we're on the gate's list for that day, you don't need to be there. If the grill is behind a locked side gate on your property, let us know how to reach it.
Can you set up recurring visits so I don't have to arrange the gate each time?
Yes. A maintenance plan puts you on a regular schedule. Some households keep us on a standing contractor list, which makes each visit easier.
Do you work on outdoor pizza ovens and smokers too?
Yes. We service smokers, griddles and pizza ovens alongside the grill.
How is pricing figured?
It depends on what's in the outdoor kitchen, the brands, their condition and any parts. Call or text us, or send photos, for a quote.
